By electing to join our Cru Club, you authorize Vineyard 29 to charge your credit card twice annually for your wine club subscription shipments. You may cancel your membership at any time via phone, email or written correspondence. As a member of the CRU Club, you will receive two shipments of Vineyard 29’s CRU wine per year; shipment size and varietal will depend on your selections. Approximately two weeks prior to shipping, we will e-mail CRU Club Members advising of the credit card charge and shipment date.
Sales tax, if applicable, and shipping charges will be added and an invoice will be emailed to you. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your credit card and act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO YOU IN CALIFORNIA. We make no representations to the legal rights of any one to ship or import wines into any state outside of California. You, as buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products.
Vineyard 29 carefully hand crafts our wines — we take the same care in delivering them to you. We encourage shipments to a place of business. By federal law, an adult signature (over 21) is required at the time of delivery. We will ship via UPS Ground to California, Oregon and Washington. All other states are sent via UPS 2 Day Air or Temperature-controlled freight.
If you elect to pick up your CRU Club shipments at the winery, pick up will be available 14 days after notification from us. After 30 days we will ship your wines to you and charge your credit card on file for the shipping charges, unless alternate arrangements are made prior to shipment.
