The Estate Pairing Experience
The Estate Pairing Experience is a guided tasting hosted by one of our estate ambassadors. Following a brief tour through the winery and caves, guests will enjoy a curated selection of current release wines from our Vineyard 29 and Aida portfolios, with special select library vintage wines offered when available. The experience includes three seasonal courses, each thoughtfully paired to highlight the character of every wine.

The Signature Experience
The Signature Experience offers a beautiful introduction to the Vineyard 29 wine portfolio, guided by a dedicated host. Your experience begins with a carefully selected, palate-cleansing wine from our CRU portfolio, followed by a brief tour through the winery and caves. The tasting continues with a curated flight featuring a mix of current release wines from both our Vineyard 29 and CRU portfolios, accompanied by a seasonal, locally sourced artisanal spread.
