CRU Sauvignon Blanc: Salmon, Green Salad and Cauliflower Gnocchi

LEMON VINAGRETTE WITH CRU SAUVIGNON BLANC SEASONING
Makes about 1 cup dressing
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- 1 Tblsp honey mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 Tblsp CRU Sauvignon Blanc seasoning
- ½ cup high quality olive oil
- Salt and pepper
RECIPE PREPARATION
- Combine all ingredients in a small mason jar with a lid and shake vigorously until emulsified and smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings to your liking.
SALMON, GREEN SALAD AND CAULIFLOWER GNOCCHI
Serves 2
INGREDIENTS
- 1 center cut salmon filet, scales removed and cooked to your preference
- 2 large handfuls mixed greens
- 1 bag Trader Joes Caulifower gnocchi, prepared following the instructions on the bag
RECIPE PREPARATION
- Add greens to a large bowl and top wth warm salmon and gnocchi to lightly wilt the greens, Dress the whole bowl lightly with the lemon vinaigrette, adjust seasoning as you see fit.
