What to Expect When Visiting Vineyard 29 & Our Enhanced Safety Practices

We are thrilled to be able to welcome you back to the estate. We ask that you join us in our dedication to providing the safest environment for you, other guests and our team. The State of California has imposed some strict guidelines that we all must follow for you to remain safe and for us to remain open, but we will still make sure you have a great time!

Here is what to expect from your Vineyard 29 experience:

Prior To Arrival:

We will send you a link to an online form that we require you to complete at least 24 hours in advance of your visit that includes the name and email address of every guest, a completed waiver statement (See below), and at least one credit card and shipping address we will use to facilitate contactless ordering.
Reservations are for up to 6 guests, all from the same party. We will not mix your visit with any of our other customers.
We ask that any member of staff or a guest who is not feeling well and presenting flu-like symptoms or signs of a fever to please stay home. If you have any doubt, use this Symptom Checker : https://covid19healthbot.cdc.gov/

Upon Arrival:

One of our Estate Ambassadors will greet you outside our front door. Your personal Ambassador will be your primary point of contact during your visit.
Your Estate Ambassador will screen you with a couple questions and take your temperature.
We will give you a squirt of hand sanitizer and take you to your table on one of our beautiful outside terraces.
Please bring and wear a mask at all times when on our property, but feel free to take your mask off when you are seated at your table.
We will not be conducting tours at this time and ask that you stay at your table unless you need to use the restroom.

Your Tasting Experience:

Wine tastings are offered for both our CRU and Vineyard 29 wines, but we do not offer bottle service for on-site consumption.
Your wines will be pre-poured in your glasses by your Ambassador or in an airtight decanter. We will not share bottles between groups.
Our Estate Ambassadors will wear personal face coverings during your entire experience for both your protection and theirs.
Tables, chairs handrails, doorknobs and the restrooms will be sanitized between appointments.
Your ambassador will guide you through an iPad based contactless menu and order form for any of the wines you would like to purchase.
Although your experience may not be what you are used to, these steps will help make sure you have a healthy as well as fun experience at the winery!

Upon Departure:

Your Vineyard 29 Estate Ambassador will escort you to your car.
A Vineyard 29 Team member will bring your wine to your vehicle.

The Legal Stuff: Each guest/group will need to sign this waiver on our Visitor Form.

My party and I, (hereafter ‘we’) acknowledge the contagious nature of the COVID-19 virus and voluntarily assume the risk that we may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by visiting or participating in a wine tasting at Vineyard 29. We will make every effort to follow all safety precautions established and posted by Vineyard 29 and as explained to us verbally by Vineyard 29 personnel. We voluntarily agree to accept responsibility for any injury that we may experience or incur in connection with our visit, including, but not limited to, illness, disability or death. We hereby release and hold harmless Vineyard 29, its employees, agents, and representatives, of and from all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto, including any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Vineyard 29, its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after our visit.
